I am a solution-focused therapist. My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve your current challenges. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns, negative perceptions and/or some false beliefs that are holding you back.

While you are considering making changes are you open to adventure or do you prefer to be a voyeur?  Voyeur is not the same thing as a voyager. One wants to see things and places while the other wants to do things and go places.

Therapy requires a treatment plan based on the identification of the manifested emotional/mental health issues you are experiencing.

Coaching involves information and education, not therapy.
